What is AIM?

   Our Asset Information Management (AIM) mobile technology is a user-friendly asset and document management application built for safer and more efficient operations. Create QR-coded products that you can simply scan while in the field and pull up all your saved documents and important files. 

Are there any additional fees for customization products?

   Nope! You can customize products right on our website! We can customize colors, legends, sizes, materials, and even things like logos! Visit our Custom Labeling Solutions page for more information. For products that don’t show a custom option, feel free to reach out to our CSR’s and they can help place your order over the phone - Call 800-234-0135

Does MSI have any catalogs?

   Yes! You can view our different catalogs here as well as request free physical copies!

How do I get help determining what kind of labeling my facility/project needs?

   Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are readily available to help you by calling 800-234-0135. CSR’s can help place an order, answer your questions, check the status of your order, review your order, handle special requests, and much more! Are MSI products made in the USA?

   You bet! Our products are proudly made in the USA, where we prioritize high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to create superior products that meet the needs & exceed the expectations of our customers. Our in-house manufacturing team ensures that every product meets our rigorous standards for durability, performance, and style.

How do I find detailed information for MSI products?

   Marking Services, Inc. offers downloadable Technical Data Sheets (TDS) which provide various pieces of information about our products. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us

What are the ANSE & ASME standards?

   The standards for pipe identification regulate the letter size, marker length, marker color, and location of markers to be installed. The purpose of the standard is to identify hazardous materials conveyed in piping systems and their hazards when released into the environment. If you want to learn more about these standards, check out our downloadable documents. Most of MSI’s products meet the ANSI/ASME standards, but they can change often so be sure to stay up to date. How do I select/install the pipe markers correctly? 

   We offer installation services as well as tip sheets available to read or download on our website.

Order/Checkout Process

How do I order products that aren’t available online? 

   If you don’t see the option to add a product to your cart, please Contact Us or call us at 800-234-0135 to speak with a CSR and they will help place your order. 

Is there a minimum order size for online purchases?

   Nope! Your orders can be as small or large as you’d like! 

Is there a way to order items in bulk?

   Yes! You can use our bulk order form to submit your documents.   

Can I place an order over the phone or get help from a live person?

   Yes! You may contact our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by calling 800-234-0135 to help place an order or answer any of your questions.  

Can I add special instructions to an order?

   Yes! We have a “Comments” section in our checkout process where you can add special instructions for us. 

How secure is my personal information? 

   Your data is protected on our website. After placing an order, you can find your saved credit card and address information under “My Account”. You may add or remove your information any time you’d like. 

Is there a return process? 

   You can view our return policy here. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact your CSR for approval and next steps. 

Can I easily reorder the same items?

   Yes! Under the “My Account” tab, you can view “Orders/Quotes” which has all your previous orders. From there, you can simply click on an order and those items will be added to your cart instantly!  

Can I track my order?

   Yes! Under the “My Account” tab, you can view your orders where a tracking number will be provided. 

What do I do if I need to change my order or ordered the wrong product?

   If you made a mistake while ordering, please call us at 800-234-0135 as soon as possible and we will work with you to try and fix it.
